About me – I have been heavily involved in sports throughout my life. Whether it be my education, my playing experiences and other things. I went to Mohawk College for a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness. After graduating from Mohawk, I transfered to Brock University and completed an undergraduate degree in Recreation & Leisure studies. My playing experiences with soccer, squash, rugby, track and field, cross country, volleyball and basketball ranges from participating at the recreational level to competing as a college varsity athlete.

I currently play squash competitively outside of my work in the recreation and sports field. I have competed in several competitive tournaments in Niagara and Oakville. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
